Shipments and Returns
Dispatch:
We ship your order after receipt of payment. At the checkout it is possible to enter a different delivery address.
No shipping costs need to be paid if the order is higher than € 25,-.
Delivery time within the Netherlands:
It may happen that we or the carrier are faced with delays, but in principle we use delivery times within the Netherlands of normally 1 working day. We strive at all times to get the parcels out of the door before 18.00 hours. So before that time ordered is the next day in the house.
Delivery time abroad:
Delivery times within Europe are 2 to 9 working days, outside Europe this varies, depending on the final destination, between 5 to 15 working days. Outside Europe it is possible that extra local taxes have to be paid. PeterisBeter is not liable for these costs. These are for the account of the buyer.
Shipping costs abroad:
For shipping abroad we have 1 rate, namely € 13,- / parcel. This includes track and tracé. We hebben dit gedaan omdat wij ons focussen op het binnenland. If we notice that there is actually a lot of demand from abroad, we will specify the different areas with the shipping costs.
PeterisBeter is not liable for lost packages. We are also not liable if, due to circumstances, delivery cannot be made immediately, nor for any delays at DHL or PostNL.
We are also not liable for incorrectly specified addresses, or failure to pick up parcels at pick-up points.
Absence / holidays PeterisBeter:
It may happen that PeterisBeter is on holiday. If this is the case, we try to indicate this as much as possible on our homepage. During this period orders will be processed, but not shipped.
Returns:
1) Send an email to Contact@peterisbeter.nl , clearly stating your name, place of residence, address, order number and your bank details.
2) 2) Your purchase, including all delivered accessories, will be returned in the (if reasonably possible) original condition and packaging within 3 days after notification to:

3) Clearly state your name / address as the sender and keep your proof of shipment. Lost returns will not be processed.
4) As soon as we have received the package back, we will refund the amount to your account within a few days.
5) The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that insufficiently stamped returns will not be processed.
6) In case of traces of use, or damaged packaging of the product (not the shipping box / envelope), the purchase amount will not be returned.
